OPL Academy Partners with MTE

For years, OPL Academy has collaborated with technical institutions like the Lagos State Technical & Vocational Education Board (LASTVEB) and the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) to equip students in technical schools with essential soft skills. We are now taking a significant step forward by extending our reach to tertiary institutions. We are thrilled to announce our partnership with the Ministry of Tertiary Education to bring our Technician Empowerment Program to construction engineering students of Lagos State University (LASU) and Lagos State University of Science and Technology.

Speaking on the partnership, the CEO of OPL Academy stated “We are thrilled about the opportunity to partner with the Ministry of Tertiary Education. This collaboration will help us increase our impact among recent graduates of construction programs across Nigeria. By working with the Ministry, we can further extend our pool of beneficiaries along the entire educational pathway ranging from government technical colleges to universities. We believe this full spectrum approach, made possible by the Ministry's support, will greatly strengthen our mission in developing Nigeria's construction workforce of the future. We look forward to the positive outcomes this strategic partnership will facilitate.”

This partnership marks a major milestone for OPL Academy, as more individuals, especially those in tertiary institutions, can now benefit from our programs. We remain dedicated to expanding our programs to reach as many construction trade professionals as possible, thereby enhancing professionalism in the construction sector.
