OPL Academy Equips 1,016 Technical Graduates

We were thrilled to celebrate the graduation of technical graduates from various technical colleges and tertiary institutions across Lagos State who completed our Technician Empowerment Programme (TEP). Through this program, they gained essential soft skills to enhance their technical expertise. 

In total, OPL Academy trained 1,016 technicians and engineers from government technical colleges across Lagos State (Epe, Agidingbi, Ikorodu, Ikotun, and Adosoba), technical colleges in Abuja and Nassarawa as well as the Lagos State University (LASU), Epe and Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH).

At the graduation ceremony held at the Snug Hall, Yaba, Lagos, the graduands were issued certificates for completing the intensive training on effective communication, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, critical thinking & problem-solving skills, and meeting customer expectations among others.

The event culminated with a job fair to connect these graduates to employment opportunities.
