TEP Has Made A Great Impact On My Job

OPL ACADEMY is indeed a dream come true. After I graduated in 2013, I immediately saw the need to acquire a trade that will be highly needed in the 21st century, which gave me the courage to avail myself to be grounded in plumbing, which has been my passion from childhood. The soft skills I was taught during the Tradesman Empowerment Program (TEP) like Leadership Skills, Teamwork, Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Work Ethic, Flexibility/Adaptability to mention a few, are really making a great impact at my current job.
