OPL completes its pilot job readiness program

June 11, 2018, (Lagos, Nigeria) - OPL held a Job Readiness Program for Technical College Graduates, in partnership with the Lagos State Technical and Vocational Education Board (LASTVEB) and the Zest Academy. The program successfully trained 14 technically skilled youth, equipping them with soft skills and basic project estimation techniques. Participants were also exposed to practical on the job experience overseen by experienced supervisors. The top three students were thereafter placed in full-time jobs.
